Because all Moto Geeks products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — we’ve got you covered. Please email us at [insert your support email] within 14 days of receiving your order, include photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to replace or refund the item.

For damaged or incorrect items:

1. Contact us within 14 days with order number, photos, and a description.

2. We’ll review and authorize a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

3. In some cases, you may not need to return the original item.

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• Damaged, defective, or misprinted products.

• Incorrect orders due to fulfillment error.

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment once we process the issue.

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

Yes! We currently ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping times may vary.

Can I return something if I ordered the wrong size?
